While it's hard to believe that people actually put "custom crust punk" clothes up on ebay, it's even harder to believe that someone's willing to pay - to OUTBID - for them.
That rag is held together by waxed floss and bits of another rag. In all seriousness, if you can't figure out how to make it yourself, you shouldn't be dressing like that in the first place.
